Q: Are you mobile? How far do you come? A: Yes, we are mobile. We service all of Chicagoland if your area is further than 35+ minutes out there will be a $30 travel fee
Q: How long does it take to complete an interior detail? A: It depends on the condition and size of the vehicle. Usually it can rage from 3-5 hours to complete.
Q: How does it take for the interior to dry? A: Usually about 1-2 hours. Our shampoo machine sucks up about 85% of remaing liquids for the most part there is not much moisture left over.
Q: Does your interior detail package include seat removal? A: We have special instruments to get even the hardest to reach places. If there is a need to remove the seats we will let you know. It is rare for the seats to need removal.
Q: Will my interior be 100% spot free? A: In most cases we can remove stains from the interior, however there can be situations based on how long the stain has been sitting and the contents of the stain that would prevent us from removing the stain 100%

Q: Does this package include a Shampoo? A: No this package is not designed to be a deep clean it is more for maintenance of interiors that have already had our full interior package. We recommend our full interior detail for deep cleaning.
Q: Does your interior services extend to North Chicago? A: Yes, we service all of Chicagoland. Any client that is more than 35+ minutes away there will be a $30 dtravel fee to come to your location.
Q: What kind of products do you use? Will there be a smell? A: We only use the top of the line products to detail. Some include brands like Detail King & Chemical Guys. There will only be a scent added to the interior of the car if you wish us to add it.
Q: How do I go about scheduling an appoinment? A: You have several options. You can call us, fill out a form, or schedule your own appoint on the the schedule tab.
Q: I have tint, will your spray damage it? A: No, not at all, we have a special formula that will clean tinted windows and leave them unharmed.

Q: How long until the window tint is dried fully? A: It takes about 3 full days for the tint to adhere to the window fully.
Q: Can I clean or touch windows during the 3 day curing period? A: We recommend that you avoid bothering the windows at all during the curing period.
Q: What should I clean my windows with after they dry? A: We use product specifically formulated for automotive glass. You can find these kinds of cleaners at any auto store like Autozone or O'Reilly Auto Parts.
Q: Can I just get my front windows tinted to match the back? A: Yes you can! Whatever tinting need you have we can fix it.
Q: How long does it take to get my car tinted? A: It depends on the vehicle but most of the time it takes about 2 to 4+ hours to complete. It can rage about 30 to 45 min per window.

Q: Do you remove seats with this service? A: Usually no for smells unless there is a need for it which there rarely is.
Q: Is the carpet removed for this service? A: No, unless there is a need to remove the carpet. Our machines are state of the art and can completely clean your interior without removing carpet.
Q: Will my interior be free of all stains? A: Usually we are able to remove mostly all stains, but depending on the conditon and time stain has sat in interior and what the stain consists of we may not be able to completely remove stain.
Q: Will the smell come back after service? A: No, unless you spill something else or continue to smoke in the vehicle your cabin odor will be 100% cured.
Q: Do you provide cabin air filters? A: No, we will request that when we arrive or you drop off your vehicle that you have cabin air filter for your ride for us to install after service.

Q: Can you come to me and perform this service? A: Yes! We are mobile and can perform these services at your home or work which ever is most convenient
Q: Does mark removal mean you do a paint correction? A: No, marks are small rubber or plastic swipe marks on the paint.
Q: How long does it take to perform these packages? A: It depends the type of vehicle (car,truck,RV,etc) and what package is chosen. Usually it takes about 2-3+ hours to complete depending on the condition of the vehicle.
Q: What does clay bar do to the paint? A: Clay barring a process to throughly remove all road going impurities from the paint it leaves the clear coat shining after purification.
Q: Can I book multiple cars at once? A: Yes! Just let us know you have multiple cars and we will bring the appropriate amount of staff to get the job done.

Q: How long does a paint correction last? A: This depends upon the after care of the customer. After getting a paint correction the car should only be washed and dried with microfiber towels
Q: Will by paint be 100% imperfection free? A: In most cases we seek to accomplish 85%+ of paint impurfection removal. The turn out of a paint correction depends on the condition of the paint and how badly it has been neglected.
Q: Do you wet sand to remove scratches? A: While there are many ways to removal swirls we use high cut compound and dual action orbitals to correction paint imperfections.
Q: Does this service come with a wax? A: Yes this package comes standard with a wax. We reccommend a ceramic coating so your paint has a hydrophopic shield so elements never directly touch the paint.

Q: How long does headlight restoration last? A: This depends upon the after care of the customer and if the vehicle rests outside in the elements. It doesn't have a time stamp but it usually takes years to develop oxidaiton.
Q: Will by headlights be 100% oxidation free? A: Usually 95% of the time we can fully clear headlights, but there are some cases where headlights can be so bad that there is a slight haze left after service.
Q: How can I keep my headlights looking good? A: You can apply waxes and sealants to the lights to add a protective barrier between the light and the elements.
Q: How long does this service take? A: It can take about an hour or an hour fifteen to complete this service.

Q: I have a Semi truck is it the same price? A: No, depending on how dirty it is usually semi trucks are $100
Q: I have a classic do you polish chrome? A: Yes, we do but it will no a higher price of $125 we polish chrome under the hood
Q: Do you handle supercars? A: Yes, we can tackle any detail job you throw at us. We have plenty of experiense dealing with high value vehicles.

Q: Does a ceramic coating protect against rock chips? A: No, it doesn't protect gainst rockchips only water, dirt, and UV rays

Q: Is there certain conditions needed to install Ceramic Coatings? A: Yes, usually anywhere from 55 to 77 degrees is the ideal temperature to install.
Q: Can I just get a ceramic coating? A: No, we have to perform a paint corretion for the product to properly adhere to surface.
Q: How long until coating is bonded? A: Usually about 48-72 hours for the coating to fully adhere do NOT wash before then.

Q: My vehicle is super dirty does that raise the price? A: It depends of how dirty the car is. If it is above normal like caked on dirt it will be an extra charge.
Q: Do you have power & water? A: Yes we have everything on board to complete your detail in case power and water are unavailable.
Q: Is hard and soft wax the same thing? A: No soft wax lasts a few weeks at max, Our hard wax lasts much longer about 7-11 months with proper care.
Q: How long does it take to finish this service? A: It takes about 1-3 hours depending on the vehicle and what services you select for your vehicle.

Q: How far do you come out for power washing? A: We are glad you asked! We service the entire Chiagoland but in you are more than 30 miles away there is a travel fee.
Q: Will all the oil come out of my driveway. A: It will depend on how long stain has been there and the contents of the oil. We will make your concrete look the best it can but there can be perminant damage from oil spills.
Q: How long does it take to power wash my home? A: It depends on the size and condition of the home. It can take up to two days to finish a home.
Q: Will my flowers be killed by chemicals? A: No, we spray a protective chemical to prevent flowers from being killed. We rinse this substance off after we are done servicing you home.
